Terry Dillon Director, Fund Administration

Mr. Dillon joined Capital Management in 2026 and is a Director of Fund Administration. He is a seasoned global business and technology leader with more than 33 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational risk oversight, and large-scale technology and product initiatives across financial services, transfer agency operations, insurance, and enterprise software. Mr. Dillon helps lead the oversight and governance of Fund Administration’s third-party vendors and partners with a focus on Transfer Agency and investor servicing operations. Mr. Dillon brings a proven ability to align technology and business strategy, elevate performance, and guide complex organizations through transformation.

Mr. Dillon has held senior leadership roles at FIS Global, JP Morgan Chase, IBM/Sterling Commerce, and Nationwide Insurance, where he consistently advanced strategic planning, product innovation, and operational excellence. In these roles, Mr. Dillon has driven multimillion-dollar efficiencies through Lean, SAFe, and process-improvement programs; built high-performing global teams; and strengthened organizational resilience through governance, audit readiness, and cross-functional delivery frameworks.

Mr. Dillon earned his bachelor’s degree with majors in finance and real estate from Kent State University.
