Christopher Bailey joined Capital Management in 2025 as Executive Vice President, where he oversees Product, Marketing, and the DCIO channel. With 24 years of experience in financial services, he brings a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, enhancing client engagement, and leading high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.

Prior to joining Capital Management, Mr. Bailey spent two decades at Mutual of America Life Insurance Company, serving as Head of Sales; directing nationwide sales and field operations. His leadership was instrumental in shaping distribution strategies and operational excellence.

Mr. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, holds the ChFC designation, and maintains Series 7 and 26 licenses with FINRA.
